Colors and images are based on availability. We do our best to fill all orders with your preferred choices based on inventory on your desired date.
48-hour cancellation notice is required to receive a full refund. If cancellation is within 24 hours no refund will be given. Refunds can not be given if we are provided an incorrect address or if the homeowner or business ask us to remove signs.
Once you have submitted your request form we will send you a request for Venmo. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been received.
In the event of inclement weather, we may not be able to set up your Yard Card Fairy signs. Inclement weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, rain, snow, high winds (We will not attempt to set up signs if we have a High Wind WARNING or if winds are 10 miles an hour) and any other Act of God that would put us or our lawn display in harm’s way. We will first attempt to reschedule, if that is not possible you will be given a full refund
All invoices will need to be paid within 24 hours to reserve your date.
We service North Salt Lake, Woods Cross, Bountiful, and Centerville. If you live outside our delivery area please contact us about our out of area rates and availability.
Our dates fill up quickly so book early to ensure sign availability.
We encourage you to stand by signs and take pictures; remember to tag us at #yardcardfairy on Instagram or @yardcardfairyllc on Facebook. Text us your Favorite Picture of you with your Yard Card so we can feature you on our site.
If you have an animal, they must be kept inside during the set up and removal of the display for the safety of our staff and your animal. We will not go into yards with animals that are outside.
Do not attach anything to the signs. Please do not sit or lean on the signs they are NOT meant to bear weight and will break.
Do not move or touch our signs for any reason. If a sign needs to be moved or taken down please call us.
Yard Card Fairy is not responsible for any injury or damage caused during set up, display of, or removal of our yard signs.
We DO NOT offer service to yards that are rock scape or artificial turf. We also cannot service apartments. If you book and we can not install you will not receive a refund!
A fee of $15 a piece will be charged to the original client for damaged or stolen letter/accent pieces.
Placement of individual letters is at the discretion of the Yard Card Fairy Staff. Once placed, repositioning or removal of any item is prohibited.
